Booking and Payment Options

Full payment and a security deposit are usually collected at the time of vehicle pickup. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include applicable VAT. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

You will be liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess amount, unless you opt for additional coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence or misuse remains your responsibility, irrespective of insurance coverage.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice given. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur additional charges, so it's advisable to be aware of the terms associated with your reservation.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited Uses of Vehicle
- The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities. This includes racing, rallying, off-road driving, or any other high-risk activities. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting to third parties is prohibited. Driving under the influence of substances or exceeding passenger and weight limits is not allowed. Additionally, driving outside the agreed geographical boundaries without prior authorization is unacceptable.
Breach of terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by English and Welsh law, Car Hire Stratford will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for the rental in the last 12 months.
